根據(jù)歐盟委員會(huì)第396/2005號(hào)法規(guī)第12章，歐盟食品安全局審查了福美雙的最大殘留限量。盡管沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)福美雙對(duì)消費(fèi)者有明顯的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，但進(jìn)口限量沒(méi)有得到數(shù)據(jù)的充分支持。 因此，消費(fèi)者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估僅被認(rèn)為是指示性的，仍需風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理者進(jìn)一步考慮。

　　According to Article 12 of Regulation (EC) No 396/2005, EFSA has reviewed the maximum residue levels (MRLs) currently established at European level for the pesticide active substance thiram. Although this active substance is no longer authorised within the European unio, MRLs based on the use of thiram were established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission (codex maximum residue limits; CXLs) and import tolerances were reported by Member States (including the supporting residues data). based on the assessment of the available data, EFSA assessed the existing import tolerances, and a consumer risk assessment was carried out for thiram only. Although no apparent risk to consumers was identified, the import tolerances were not fully supported by data. Hence, the consumer risk assessment is considered indicative only and further consideration by risk managers is needed.
