食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊   據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息，1月15日歐盟食品安全局審查了唑螨酯（fenpyroximate）的最大殘留限量，提議修訂其在部分商品中的殘留限量。

    根據(jù)歐盟法規(guī)396/2005號(hào)第12條的規(guī)定，歐盟食品安全局對(duì)唑螨酯的殘留限量進(jìn)行了審查。為評(píng)估唑螨酯在植物、加工產(chǎn)品、輪作作物、牲畜中最大殘留限量，歐盟食品安全局參考了91/414/EEC指令框架下的結(jié)論以及成員國報(bào)告的歐盟許可進(jìn)口限量，在現(xiàn)行數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)之上，得出殘留限量建議。最終提議修訂唑螨酯在蘋果、柑橘、黃瓜、牛肉、羊肉等商品中的最大殘留限量。

    According to Article 12 of Regulation （EC） No 396/2005, the European Food Safety Authority （EFSA） has reviewed the maximum residue levels （MRLs） currently established at European level for the

    pesticide active substance fenpyroximate. In order to assess the occurrence of fenpyroximate residues in plants, processed commodities, rotational crops and livestock, EFSA considered the conclusions derived in the framework of Directive 91/414/EEC, the MRLs established by the Codex Alimentarius Commission, as well as the European authorisations reported by Member States （incl. the supporting residues data）。 based on the assessment of the available data, MRL proposals were derived and a consumer risk assessment was carried out. Although no apparent risk to consumers was identified,some information required by the regulatory framework was missing. Hence, the consumer risk assessment is considered indicative only and all MRL proposals derived by EFSA still require further consideration by risk managers.
