食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  據(jù)歐盟食品安全局消息，2018年12月14日，歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）發(fā)布了2018年微生物風險評估網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流會議年度報告。

 

　　歐盟食品安全局微生物風險評估網(wǎng)絡(luò)科學交流會議已于2018年4月24-25日在意大利帕爾馬舉行，會議就微生物風險評估相關(guān)主題進行了討論，包括沙門氏菌風險評估、定量風險評估和抗微生物耐藥性。

　　Among the tasks of EFSA, according to its founding regulation （Regulation （EC） No 178/2002）， there is the establishment of a system of Networks of organisations operating in the fields within EFSA's mission, the objective being to facilitate a scientific cooperation framework by the coordination of activities, the exchange of information, the development and implementation of joint projects, the exchange of expertise and best practices. Additionally, the EFSA Science Strategy 2012‐2016 set the objective of developing, together with Member States' competent authorities, multi‐annual work programmes focused on filling data gaps and on setting priorities for data collections.
