食品伙伴網(wǎng)訊  2019年7月11日，據(jù)印度食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局（FSSAI）消息，印度食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局決定放寬直接銷售食品的登記要求，同時(shí)發(fā)布了關(guān)于放寬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件的指令。

 

　　根據(jù)指令，實(shí)體/單位的年?duì)I業(yè)額不得超過120萬盧比，主要實(shí)體要確保各個(gè)單位熟悉并遵守基本衛(wèi)生和衛(wèi)生條件，并根據(jù)食品安全培訓(xùn)和認(rèn)證（FoSTaC）對(duì)其進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，主要實(shí)體還應(yīng)保存工作人員的醫(yī)療記錄，以確保這些人員沒有任何傳染病以及一些其他要求。

　　FSSAI has decided to give relief to persons involved in direct selling of food products, as it has relaxed the requirement for registration of such operations. However, the apex food regulator has put some conditions for the same. It has, in this regard issued a directive, stating that last-mile delivery person, direct selling agents, food vending machines, water vending machines, food ATMs owned by a single entity and branded food carts owned by a single entity, are exempted from the requirement of FSSAI registration.
