新加坡國家環(huán)境局(NEA)8月12日發(fā)布了基于《環(huán)境保護(hù)和控制法案》的有害物質(zhì)清單,包括游離態(tài)汞和一批溴化阻燃劑等10種物質(zhì).這批物質(zhì)根據(jù)新加坡《環(huán)境保護(hù)與管理法》將受到新加坡污染物控制部門的管控.

        自2011年9月1日起,以下物質(zhì)在新加坡的進(jìn)出口活動(dòng)需申請有害物質(zhì)許可證:

        1) elemental mercury 游離態(tài)汞

        2) Alachlor甲草胺

        3) Mono-brominated diphenyl ether 單溴二苯醚

        4) Di-brominated diphenyl ether 二溴二苯醚

        5) Tri-brominated diphenyl ether 三溴二苯醚

        6) Tetra-brominated diphenyl ether 四溴二苯醚

        7) Hexa-brominated diphenyl ether 六溴二苯醚

        8) Hepta-brominated diphenyl ether 七溴二苯醚

        9) Nona-brominated diphenyl ether 九溴二苯醚

        10) Polychlorinated butadienes 多氯丁二烯
