臺灣地區(qū)擬修訂植物或植物產(chǎn)品進口檢疫要求

    2013年1月28日，臺灣地區(qū)發(fā)布G/SPS/N/TPKM/277號通報，修訂"植物或植物產(chǎn)品進口檢疫要求",要點如下：

     （1）修訂已知發(fā)現(xiàn)馬鈴薯金線蟲（Globodera rostochiensis）、光肩星天牛（Anoplophora glabripennis）及細菌性果斑?。ˋcidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli）的地區(qū)；

    （2）Candidatus Liberibacter psyllaurous = Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum （斑馬片）感染區(qū)寄主植物或植物的新檢疫要求；

     （3）監(jiān)管有害生物列表增加45種野草及4種病毒。

    該通報的擬批準和生效日期待定，意見反饋截止日期為2月28日。

     Summary of the revised Part A of the "Quarantine Requirements for the Importation of Plants or Plant Products":

     1. State of Colorado, the United States is excluded from areas where Globodera rostochiensi is known to occur.

    2. Worcester County, Massachusetts and Clermont County, Ohio are added to the areas within the United States where Anoplophora glabripennis is known to occur.

     Summary of the revised Part B of the "Quarantine Requirements for the Importation of Plants or Plant Products":

    1. Israel and Republic of Korea are added to the countries or districts where Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli is known to occur.

    2. Quarantine requirements for host plants or plant products of Candidatus Liberibacter psyllaurous = Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum （zebra chip） from infected areas are added to Part B, which require a statement of freedom from this disease on the phytosanitary certificate, and additional requirement of not produced in infected areas for seed potatoes. Plant or plant products fail to comply with the condition shall be reshipped or destroyed.

    3. Worcester County, Massachusetts and Clermont County, Ohio are added to the areas within the United States where Anoplophora glabripennis is known to occur.

    4. The following weeds are added to the regulated pest list: Acacia podalyriifolia, Ageratum mexicanum= A. houstonianum, Ammi visnaga, Atriplex hortensis, Bidens ferulifolia= B. aurea, Bidens triplinervia, Camelina sativa, Campanula cochleariifolia, Cannabis sativa, Centrosema pubescens, Chenopodium album, Crotalaria brevidens, Crotalaria deserticola, Crotalaria laburnifolia, Crotalaria laburnoides, Crotalaria lanceolata, Crotalaria pallid, Crotalaria pisicarpa, Erigeron karvinskianus= E. mucronatus, Eriocaulon cinereum, Euphorbia myrsinites, Furcraea foetida, Gaillardia pulchella, Homeria collina, Homeria flaccid, Homeria miniata, Homeria ochroleuca, Ipomoea oenothera, Leptospermum scoparium, Muscari botryoides, Pinus pinaster= P. maritima= P. mesogeneensid, Portulaca oleracea, Pueraria phaseoloides, Ribes cereum= R. viscidulum, Rides roezlii, Rosa canina, Rubus leucodermis, Rubus parviflorus, Silybom marianum, Silybum marianum, Sisymbrium luteum= Hesperis lutea, Solanum sisymbrifolium= S. sisymbriifolium, Tecoma stans, Trisacum dactyloides, and Yucca glauca.

     5. The following viruses are added to the regulated pest list: Hippeastrum mosaic virus, Ornithogalum mosaic virus, Tobacco necrosis virus and Tulip breaking virus.
